Economic development can be interpreted as an effort in an economy to develop its economic activities so that more infrastructure is available, companies become more numerous and develop, the level of education is higher and technological progress increases. Economic growth is the main goal and important indicator of the success of economic development. The impact of the number of workers, workers' education level, and education expenditure on economic growth. This research aims to determine the impact of the number of workers, the education level of workers and government spending on education on economic growth in Indonesia. This research is quantitative research. The data used is secondary data from 33 provinces in Indonesia during the 2006-2012 period. Data is processed using descriptive data analysis. The analysis technique in this research was carried out by looking for the regression equation and the determinant coefficient value (R2). The research results with a significance level of 5% show that the variables of number of workers, workers' education level and government education expenditure have a significant positive influence on Indonesia's economic growth from 2006 to 2012.
