INTERNALISASI NILAI TAUHID PADA ANAK USIA DINI: PENDEKATAN FILOSOFIS

The formation of monotheistic values (tawhid) in early childhood constitutes a foundational pillar in Islamic education that remains under-explored through a rigorous philosophical lens. This study aims to examine the philosophical dimensions underlying the internalization of tawhid values in children aged 0-6 years, with particular attention to the epistemological and ontological assumptions that guide educational practice. Employing a qualitative library research methodology, data were gathered from authoritative Islamic educational texts, philosophical treatises, and recent peer-reviewed journal articles. Content analysis and critical hermeneutics were applied to evaluate and synthesize the collected sources. The findings reveal that the internalization of tawhid values in early childhood is most effectively achieved through an integrative philosophical approach that synthesizes fitrah-based epistemology, habituation within the family environment, and a value-laden learning atmosphere. The study further identifies that conventional approaches tend to neglect the philosophical scaffolding necessary for sustainable spiritual formation. These findings contribute a conceptual framework for Islamic early childhood educators and curriculum designers seeking to ground their practice in coherent theological-philosophical foundations.
