STRATEGI PENGELOLAAN LEMBAGA PENDIDIKAN ISLAM DI ERA DISRUPSI TEKNOLOGI

The rapid advancement of digital technology has fundamentally transformed the landscape of education, compelling Islamic educational institutions to reassess and reconfigure their managerial paradigms. This study aims to examine and formulate effective management strategies for Islamic educational institutions in navigating the era of technological disruption. Employing a systematic library research methodology, this investigation draws upon a curated corpus of academic literature published within the last five years, encompassing reputable journal articles indexed in Scopus and Web of Science, as well as authoritative reference books. The analytical process adopted the content analysis technique complemented by a critical interpretive approach. The findings reveal that sustainable institutional management necessitates the integration of three principal strategic pillars: transformational digital leadership, curriculum modernization grounded in Islamic values, and the cultivation of adaptive organizational culture. Furthermore, the study identifies a compelling imperative for Islamic educational institutions to construct collaborative networks with diverse stakeholders while persistently upholding the authenticity of their Islamic educational identity. These findings contribute novel theoretical and practical insights to the discourse on Islamic educational management in the contemporary era.
