REVITALISASI MANAJEMEN PESANTREN BERBASIS INOVASI DAN DIGITALISASI

Pesantren as traditional Islamic educational institutions face complex challenges in adapting to the rapid development of information technology and the demands of the globalization era. This study aims to analyze the implementation of innovation-based and digitalization-based management as a strategy for revitalizing pesantren management in Indonesia. The research employs a qualitative literature study method by examining various academic sources including books and reputable scientific journal articles published between 2019 and 2023. Data collection was carried out through documentation techniques by systematically identifying, reviewing, and synthesizing relevant sources. The findings indicate that pesantren management revitalization through innovation and digitalization encompasses three main dimensions: institutional transformation, curriculum modernization, and integration of digital technology in learning and administrative processes. This revitalization must be grounded in Islamic values and the pesantren's distinctive identity to maintain its authenticity while enhancing competitiveness. The study concludes that a balanced approach between tradition and modernity serves as the most effective strategy for sustainable pesantren management.
