AUTHOR GUIDELINES

  1. Coution Journal is a means of publishing scientific research results in the field of counseling and education. It is published periodically twice a year, in February and August.
  2. Manuscripts are written in English or Indonesian with a maximum of 20 double-spaced quarto pages, accompanied by an Indonesian and English abstract (no more than 200 words) and keywords in the same language.
  3. Write citations with body notes containing the author's last name and page number, written in parentheses. Example:
    One Author: (    Muhammadun, 2000: 12)
    More than one author: (Farhan, et al., 1998: 25)
  4. Write a bibliography using the following format: Last Name, First Name (without title). Year of Publication. Book Title (italics). City: Publisher.
    Example: Nata,     Abuddin. 2015. Akhlak Tasawuf. Jakarta: PT Raja Grafindo
  5. Brief biographical information about the author is listed below the Title / Before writing the ABSTRACT, on the first page of the manuscript. And also include the author's work affiliation and email as correspondence with the Journal Editorial Team.
  6. Manuscripts are sent in softcopy in Microsoft Word in RTF format using Times New Roman font, font 12.
  7. Research articles include: (1) Title, (2) Author's name (without title), work affiliation and email address, (3) Abstract (in English or Indonesian), (4) Keywords (in English or Indonesian), (5) Introduction (without subtitles, including background of the problem, and a brief literature review and research objectives), (6) Research Methodology, (7) Research Results and Discussion, (8) Conclusions and Suggestions, (9) Bibliography (only include references mentioned in the article).
  8. Conceptual articles include: (1) Title, (2) Author's name (without title), work affiliation and email address, (3) Abstract (in English or Indonesian), (4) Keywords (in English or Indonesian), (5) Introduction (without subtitles), (6) Text (as needed), (7) Closing, (8) Bibliography (containing only references referred to in the article).
  9. Softcopy manuscripts must be sent no later than 1 month before publication, by sending them via the Journal Coution address: http://journal.bungabangsacirebon.ac.id/index.php/coution
