Abstrak

Comparative education has long been recognized as playing a significant role in the development of education worldwide. This development encompasses various aspects, including social, economic, managerial, power, cultural, and systemic dimensions. As an advanced country, Australia is deeply committed to continuously advancing its education system, which necessitates careful planning. Through meticulous planning, closer attainment of desired outcomes can be achieved. This research adopts an inductive qualitative approach with a literature study as the research type. Data collection involves observation and documentation, while the analysis follows the Miles and Huberman method, including data collection, reduction, display, and drawing conclusions. The findings of this research reveal many valuable insights that can be drawn from international education experiences to enhance the education system.
